Falafel is a deep-fried ball or patty made from ground chickpeas, fava beans, or both, commonly served in a pita. Spices such as cumin and coriander are often added to the beans for flavor. The falafel balls are topped with salads, pickled vegetables, hot sauce, and drizzled with tahini-based sauces. Tomatoes, lettuce, cucumbers, and other garnishes can be added.
Sounds delicious, but for people.
As far as dogs, you can give your dog chickpeas, but cooked and plain only!
Chickpeas contain a good amount of protein and fiber which could be good for your dog.
On the other hand, Fava beans are toxic for dogs.
So are the onion and garlic that go perfectly with falafel.
So, better keep falafel for yourself.
